Our greenhouses are a mini version of the fields in surprising ways. All the vegetable plants begin their life here and are transplanted to the field at the appropriate time. Some, such as the microgreens and baby lettuces, grow and are harvested all year long here where temperatures can be controlled.
Our fabulous herb bowls are grown and nurtured here until they find their way to our customer’s homes. But the flowers! The flowers reign supreme because they are food for the soul, food we all need. Did you know if it weren’t for flowers, there would be no food? Some of the flowers we grow are edible, such as the pansies and some petunias and marigolds.
